What’s in it for you?
Volunteering at Framework is more about you than it is about us. It is about gaining something for something, not giving something for nothing.
People volunteer for all sorts of different reasons and take many different things away from the experience, but here are just a few of the reasons people volunteer with us:
To "give something back"
To improve their job prospects
To boost their confidence
To change their career
Or to just get that warm fuzzy feeling inside!
Tell us what you want to achieve and we’ll help you get there.
What’s the deal?
We do expect our volunteers to commit to longer-term roles, but in return we will do our utmost to help them get the very best out of the experience
People volunteer with us for all sorts of different reasons; to learn new skills, to meet new people, to improve their mental health or just to do something good in their community.
They also get a lot in return: from feelings of pride and satisfaction, to very real skills and experiences that can lead directly to employment and training.
This publication explains more about volunteering at Framework – about the people who take part in our volunteering programme and the people who benefit from it.
It also gives full details of the many benefits offered to our volunteers, and gives details of how you can take your next step into volunteering.
