A final act of support for a dying former service user

We need more than extra homes to end rough sleeping
A pledge to provide thousands of extra homes for people sleeping rough is undoubtedly a step in the right direction, but it only addresses 50% of the problem. We need to invest more in support that prevents vulnerable people ending up on the streets.
