Who we are
Framework is a charity and housing association that exists to meet the needs of homeless and vulnerable people.
It is a huge privilege to lead an organisation that plays such a vital role in the lives of homeless and vulnerable people.
The first step on our pathway: what we did to keep people in their homes and avoid the need for further support
Outreach and Intervention
The second step on our pathway: what we did to help rough sleepers and people experiencing extreme social exclusion
Treatment and Recovery
The fourth step on our pathway: what we did to improve the health and wellbeing of our service users
Training and Employment
The fifth step on our pathway: what we did to help people to learn new skills and move towards employment
The final step on our pathway: when the people we support are able to live and work independently of Framework and the support we provide.
We want as many people as possible to understand the issue of homelessness and support our work in tackling it – to know what we do, why we do it and who we help.
We use money donated by the public to bring added value to our core services. We use it to prevent homelessness, to support people sleeping rough, and to promote independence.
Chief Executive Andrew Redfern reflects on how successive government policies are increasing pressure on people who are homeless, vulnerable, and excluded.
For our work to be successful we rely on the support and cooperation of a wide range of partners in the voluntary, statutory and corporate sectors.
